Terms of Service
Service Description
Intake Forecast provides AI voice intake coverage, structured PI intake conversations, lead capture and documentation, First Call Score priority scoring, and real-time notifications. Intake Forecast does not provide legal advice, representation, or case management.
Subscription Fee
The subscription fee is $697/month, billed automatically at the start of each cycle. Fees are nonrefundable once a cycle begins.
Included Usage
The subscription includes up to 500 telephone minutes per month. Included minutes reset monthly and do not carry over. Any minutes beyond your monthly 500 are billed at just $0.03/minute — one of the lowest overage rates in the industry.
Minimum Term
There is a minimum term of three consecutive months. The client is billed for the full minimum term regardless of usage.
Cancellation
After the minimum term, thirty days written notice via email is required to cancel. There are no partial month refunds.
Voidability
The agreement is not voided by failure to log in, failure to use the service, or failure to configure call forwarding.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, correctly configuring forwarded phone numbers, timely review of captured records, and compliance with applicable bar association rules and state regulations.
Proprietary Technology
Intake Forecast and First Call Score are proprietary technologies. The client receives a limited, nonexclusive right to use the platform for internal business purposes only. Reselling, reverse engineering, or sublicensing is strictly prohibited.
No Outcome Guarantee
There is no guarantee on case count, case value, case quality, or accuracy of First Call Score designations, which are informational and not legal assessments.
Limitation of Liability
The company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost cases or revenue. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding three months.
Termination for Cause
Either party may terminate on an uncured material breach after ten days written notice. AI Sales Pros may suspend service immediately for unlawful use or abnormal, unresolved overage.
Governing Law and Disputes
This agreement is governed by Florida law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida.
Modifications
Material changes to these terms will be communicated by email at least thirty days before taking effect.
Standard Legal Provisions
Standard legal provisions apply, including severability, waiver, assignment restrictions, and force majeure. This constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
